Wagner and Taylor Win Quad Title At Invacare Doubles Masters


Nick Taylor and David Wagner (USA) won their sixth Invacare Doubles Masters quad title with a 61 64 victory over Antonio Raffaele (ITA) and Shraga Weinberg (ISR). The men’s and women’s finals will take place on Sunday.


The Invacare Doubles Masters was first played in 2000 alongside the NEC Wheelchair Tennis Masters for singles players. It became a standalone event in 2003 and was held in Italy from 2003 until 2010. In 2011, the event moved to Amsterdam, Netherlands. It is the most prestigious doubles event on the NEC Wheelchair Tennis Tour which in 2012 featured over 170 events in more than 40 countries.
