Oracle Pro Series – Dallas to Feature One-Night Exhibition with Coco Gauff, Andy Roddick, Jim Courier and Christina McHale

Dallas, September 18, 2019 – The Oracle Pro Series – Dallas, a women’s ITF World Tennis Tour $25K event to be held at Southern Methodist University (SMU) from October 20-27, 2019, will feature a one-night, special exhibition with Coco Gauff, Andy Roddick, Jim Courier and Christina McHale on Friday, October 25 at SMU’s Brookshire Family Pavilion.

The event will begin at 6:00 p.m. and consist of three sets – women’s singles, men’s singles, and mixed doubles. Tickets are now available for purchase at www.oracleproseries.com.

The 15-year-old Gauff captured widespread global attention earlier this summer when she became the youngest person in the Open era to qualify for Wimbledon. She defeated seven-time Grand Slam singles champion and former World No. 1 Venus Williams in the first round before falling in the fourth round to eventual champion Simona Halep. She followed up that performance by winning the doubles title in Washington, D.C., with partner Caty McNally, and reached the third round of the US Open. In addition to Gauff, the night will feature two former World No. 1’s and Grand Slam champions in Roddick and Courier, along with American WTA stalwart McHale.

In addition, RBC Wealth Management has become the presenting sponsor of the tournament and the exhibition. The company is a strong supporter of American tennis, including locally with the RBC Tennis Championships of Dallas and the RBC Pro Challenge-Tyler. They also support ATP Tour professional and 2017 Oracle U.S. Tennis Award recipient Mackenzie McDonald.

“At RBC Wealth Management we share Oracle’s vision to help promote American tennis at all levels,” said Andy Teller Sr., Managing Director-Private Client Group, RBC Wealth Management. “We are thrilled to be the presenting partner of the Oracle Pro Series – Dallas and the one-night exhibition – both of which will be great experiences for fans and players in our region.”

While the women’s event is being held in Dallas, a men’s ITF World Tennis Tour $25K event will be held at Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth during the week of October 20-27. Both tournaments are part of the recently-launched Oracle Pro Series, which will include more than 25 new ATP, WTA and ITF World Tennis Tour professional tournaments in the United States over the course of 2019 and 2020. The Series will create more than 40 percent new playing opportunities in the United States for tennis professionals.
